Terms And Conditions

1. Bookings

Services can be booked online at washx.com.au, by phone, or as a walk-in during operating hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Sat–Sun 8:30 am–5:30 pm). Scheduled appointments take priority over walk-ins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of service. A non-refundable deposit may be required for detailing and ceramic coating bookings. Vehicle classification (Sedan, SUV, XL) is determined by WashX staff.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. WashX may cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund of any deposit will be provided.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers must declare any pre-existing damage before service begins. WashX is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint imperfections
  • Damage from poor vehicle condition, worn seals, or non-standard modifications
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Dog Wash

The self-serve K9000 Dog Wash is operated by the customer. You are solely responsible for your dog’s safety. WashX accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from use of this facility. Aggressive or unwell dogs must not use the facility.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information to process bookings and deliver services, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We will not sell your information to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy at washx.com.au/privacy-policy/.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. WashX reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is available at washx.com.au. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
